Finger Dropping and Lifting Exercise

The finger exercises helps to increase the flexibility of the fingers. You can do this exercise at any place. This finger dropping and lifting exercise will make your hand and fingers strong. Also this exercise will provide relaxation and energy to continue your work even more faster.
Finger Dropping And Lifting Exercise
Step 1: Place your palm facing down on any flat layer like table.
Step 2: Now gently lift any one finger at a time and relax it to the normal position. Now lift the next finger and put it down. Repeat the same for the other fingers too.
Step 3: Do the same for 8 to12 times in each hand.
Note:You can also lift all the fingers and thumb at the same time.
