Thumb Extension Exercise to strengthen your thumb muscles
Thumb extension exercise tends to strengthen the muscles of your hand and fingers. Doing this exercise, helps in lifting and grabbing any heavy objects. You just need a flexible rubber band to perform this thumb strength exercise.
Step 1: Wrap a rubber band around your hand covering the base of the finger points.
Step 2: Keep the hand palm on any flat surface.
Step 3: Now just extend your thumb alone, keeping the other fingers at the same position.
Step 4: Hold it for 30 seconds and relax your position.
Step 5: Repeat the same for atleast 10 to 15 times.
Note: Take 2 days break before doing this thumb extension exercise for the next time.
