Thumb Strength exercise to maintain the function of your thumb.
Try to do anything without the help of your thumb finger. Is it possible? Not at all. Thumb is the main finger to hold as grip and support other fingers. This is one of the beneficial thumb exercise to rotate your thumb for strengthening.
Step 1: Hold your hand and finger in the thumbs up position.
Step 2: Just rotate the thumb in clockwise direction in circular motion.
Step 3: Do repeat the exercise for few seconds until you feel the complete rotation.
