Clay Exercises to Strengthen Hands

One of the basic and fun-filled hand strengthening exercise is playing with Clay. Keep some clay in the palm, squeeze it in the hands and curl it around using your fingers. Playing with clay helps in hand extension and deviation.
Play With Clay Exercise
Step 1: Flatten the clay and keep it on a flat table surface.
Step 2: Keep the heel of palm on the edge of the clay and spread the fingers into the clay by pushing it out.
Step 3: Do it straight outwards. Then do the same in left and then to the right.
Reshape the clay to the same flatten position and repeat the same. This clay exercises is the simplest yet effective to strengthen your hands.
