Hand Grip Workout

As age crosses, many people loses grip. This grip strength exercise helps to gain your grip strength, so that you can easily open the knob of the door and hold anything without letting it fall down. All you need is a soft ball for this hand grip workout.
Grip Strength Exercise
Step 1: Hold the ball in the palm of your hand.
Step 2: Squeeze it hard for five seconds and then release the grip.
Step 3: Repeat the same for 10 to 15 times in both the hands.
Note: You should give 48 hours in between each session of exercise. Its not advisable to do the hand grip strength exercise during any thumb injury.
