Pinch grip exercise aids in improving the muscle strength of your finger and thumb. This finger strengthening exercise helps to increase the open any packets or tear things easily. You need a simple soft ball to do this exercise.
Pinch Grip Exercise
Step 1: Pinch the bit of a soft ball between the tip of your finger and thumb.
Step 2: Hold the same position for 30 to 60 seconds.
Step 3: Repeat the same exercise for 10 to 15 times. Do it in the other hand too.
Note: Leave two days gap before performing the exercise for the next time. You can do this maximum of 2 to 3 times in a week.
