Stretch your thumb to strengthen your hand and finger muscles
Simple thumb stretch exercise to relax the bone and muscles of your thumb. Follow the steps to know how to stretch your thumb.
Step 1: Hold your hands straight, palm facing you.
Step 2: Bend the tip of the thumb finger to touch the base of the index finger.
Step 3: Hold in the same position for 30 seconds to one minute.
Note:Repeat the same thumb stretch exercise for four times.
