Thumb flexion exercise helps in strengthening as well increasing the flexibility of the thumb. It is very simple exercise to flex and extend thumb. You can do it any time.
Step 1: Hold out your hand, in a way that the palm facing you.
Step 2: Extend the thumb away from the other fingers as far as you can.
Step 3: Now bring back the thumb to touch the base of the fifth or little finger.
Step 4: Be in the same position for 30 to 60 seconds.
Note:You can do four reps a day.
