Simple claw stretch exercise to improve your hand and fingers
Claw stretch aids in increasing the range of motion of the fingers in the hand. It is very simple hand finger exercise to perform. Follow the steps from this claw stretch exercise tutorial to strengthen your hands and fingers.
Step 1: Just open up your fingers, in the way that the palm facing your side.
Step 2: Now you have to bend the fingers in a way that the tip of the fingers rest on the base of each finger joint.
Step 3: Your hand should look like a claw as shown in the image given above, like a cats paw.
Step 4: Hold in the same position for 30 to 60 seconds. Take four reps in each hand.
