Let us consider an example where you have to round number to nearest 2 decimal place.
Step 1: Enter the set of decimal values. Select a cell to get the resultant value. Type the function =ROUND( and select the first cell to which you are going to round the value. Enter a comma symbol (,) followed by the number digit. Here we have specified to round to the two decimal place. Close the Parenthesis.
Step 2: Click on the enter button to get the resultant value.
Step 3: Select the resultant cell and drag the mouse pointer from the right corner until the field you need. You can see the numbers are rounded to 2 decimal places.
