How to edit or change footer in OpenOffice Spreadsheet?

Explanation

Footer is the portion that covers the bottom of the page. To change the footer settings, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click Format -> "Page..."

Step 2: In Page Style: Default dialog box, click Footer tab and enable the Footer on check box. Click "Edit..." to change the footer settings.

Step 3: In the Footer(Page Style: Default) dialog box, make the required changes.
Left area: Displays the page format in left side of the footer.
Center area:
Displays the selected page format in the center of the footer.
Right area:
Display the given page format in the right side.
Add the required page format under each area and click OK.
Custom Header:
You can change the text, pages, time, date using these icons.
Text attributes: Set the font size, font name and font style.
Title: Display the title of the document.
Sheet Name: Name of the spreadsheet.
Page: To list the page with number or letter.
Pages: To list the pages with numbers or letters.
Date: Used to set date.
Time:
Used to set time.

Set/Change the Background color:
Step 1: Click More option.

Step 2: Borders/Backgroud settings dialog box opens. Select the required color and click OK.

View the thumbnail image for the changed footer settings and click OK.

Click on the Page preview icon to view the changes made for the footer portion.
