How to delete or remove data in OpenOffice Spreadsheet?
There are three easy options to delete the data in a cell.
Option 1: Click on the cell containing the data which you want to delete and press the "Backspace" key in the Keyboard.
Step 1: Click on the cell and press "Delete" key.
Step 2: When you press the Delete key, by default a Delete dialog box will open, that lets you to remove formats, text, formulas and other elements. To delete entire data inside a cell, select Delete All option followed by OK button.
Option 3: Right-click on the cell and select Delete Contents option to remove the data.
