How to add numbers using AutoSUM in OpenOffice Spreadsheet?


AutoSUM is a shortcut provided for using the SUM function. When there are numerous set of values, the easiest way is to use the Autosum function. You can use the Autosum by any one of the following options,
Option 1:
Enter the set of consecutive numbers in the cell. Drag and select the cell values and click the AutoSUM button (Sigma icon).
Option 2: If you want to add non-consecutive numbers, then type "=SUM(" then select the cells separated by semicolon and close the bracket. Press "Enter" key on the Keyboard.
