Set Decimal Values for Numbers in Excel 2013

How to change the decimal places displayed for numbers in Microsoft Excel 2013?

Explanation

To set or change decimal places for the numbers in the excel file, follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Click the cells for which you need to set the decimal places for the numbers.
Step 2: Right click on the selected cell and click Format Cells.

Step 3: Format Cells dialog box appears, click on the Numbers tab.
Step 4: Select Number under the category. Adjust the up/down arrow to set the new decimal places for the numbers. Click OK to set the decimal places for the numbers.
Decimal values will be automatically round off in the selected cells.

For example, if the decimal value is 154545.5785, it will automatically round off as 154545.57
