How to select multiple rows/columns in Ms Excel 2013?
Multiple Row Selections:
To select multiple number of rows in the excel file, follow the options given below.
Option 1: Click the first cell and press Shift right/left arrow key to select the range of cells.
Option 2: Click on the first cell and drag it with the mouse pointer till the extension you need.
To select the entire row, click on the row header
Multiple Column Selections:
To select multiple number of column in the excel file, follow the options given below.
Option 1: Click the first cell in the range and press shift up/down arrow keys to select the range of cells.
Option 2: Click on the first cell and drag it using the mouse pointer till the range of extension you need.
Click on the required column header to select the particular column.
