How to find the lowest value using MIN Function in MS Excel 2013?
Min function is used to find the lowest value from a range of values. Min function is useful when working with a large set of values. To find the min value follow the below steps.
Step 1: Type "=MIN" in the cell where you want to display the result.
Step 2: Open parenthesis and select the range of cells and then close the parenthesis ")".
Step 3: Hit enter to display the result.
For example, to find the smallest value from the cell reference A1 to A8 enter as =min(A1:A8) and hit enter.
Smallest value from the selected range of cells is shown in the cell where the min function is performed.
