How to count numbers in Ms Excel 2013?
Count function is used to count the number of cells that have only the numeric values. It ignores the text in the selected range of cell and count only the numerical values.
To use the count function, follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Type as "=Count" in the cell where you want to display the result.
Step 2: Open the parenthesis and select the range of cells, by clicking on the first cell and drag it to the extend you need.
Example, to find the numerical count from the range of cell A1 to A8 enter as =Count(A1:A8). Here the count function displays only the count of the cell that have numerical values.
