Delete a Folder in Ubuntu

How to delete a folder or directory in Ubuntu?

Explanation

To delete the unwanted folder under home directory, follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Click windows key and type as home. Select the resulting directory to enter into home folder.

Step 2: Under the home directory, select the required folder to delete.
Step 3: Right click on the required folder and select Move to Trash option.
Note: The file will be added under the trash folder. To delete the file permanently, go to trash and delete the folder.
