How to freeze / unfreeze network traffic result using iftop onscreen command?

You can freeze or unfreeze the network traffic result using iftop onscreen command by,
pressing o - to freeze the result.

Once you freezed the result, then source and destination will remain static, wherein bandwidth usage of sending and receiving data will get updated frequently.

Here, we have toggled the display mode to view only received traffic result using onscreen command option (which we have explained in the previous page) and freezed the result.

Again Press o to unfreeze the result.
