In this short tutorial, we will discuss how to unblock access for a host IP address in Hioxindia with a step by step instructions.

Step 1: Login to Hioxindia client account .


Step 2: Goto Orders → My Invoices


Step 3: From the List of Invoices → Goto the Hosting invoice for which you need to unblock access for an IP address. Click on "Other Requests".


Step 4: Click on the IP Unblock option to proceed further.

Step 5:Type the public IP address you wish to unblock and click on "Submit" button. Visit www.whoisthisip.com to get the public IP address.

Step 6: You request to unblock access for a public IP address has been submitted successfully.
Step 7: Hioxindia, support person will unblock yourIP shortly.
