How To Make Diced Potatoes?
Step 1: Cut down the potatoes. Lengthwise slice the potato by about 1/2 inch. Stack one over the other and cut across the lengthwise slices 1/2 inch wide. You will get small cubes. Keep the cut down potatoes inside the water.
Step 2: Clean the potatoes. Then bring the sliced diced potatoes inside the pan. Add water, enough salt and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3: Drain it from water and leave it to cool.
Step 4: Before you serve, use a large non sticky frying pan to fry down the boiled potatoes. Add potatoes in a single layer. Leave it in medium flame. Dont fry or stir until it turns brown underneath.
Step 5: Gently turn the potatoes two or three times for five to seven minutes until they turn into golden brown all over. Sprinkle the salt over the diced potatoes and serve it hot.
