Step 1: Login to your gmail account.
Step 2: Click on the empty check box and a drop down menu would appear. From the drop down menu that appears. Select All from the list of options.

Step 3: A notification will appear above the mails.
"All 50 conversations on this page are selected. Select all 198 conversations in Primary"
