In this short tutorial we will discuss on how to connect your website domain email address to your Gmail Id in a step by step procedure with pictures.

Step 1: Log in to your Gmail account.
Sign In To Gmail Account
Step 2: Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page and select Settings.
Select Settings
Step 3: Click the Accounts tab and locate the Check mail from other accounts section.
Click Add a mail account.

Enter the full email address of the account from which you’d like mail fetched and click on Click Next.

Step 5: Check for the import emails from other account (POP3) and Click on Next.

Step 6: Enter the username (full email address) and password for the email address provided. Select Port 110 for a POP3 connection and Port 995 for a secure email connection. Click the checkboxes next to the options that best suit your needs and click on Add Account.

→Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail* (Do not check this box)

Step 7: Select mail to be sent from the new mail account added and click on Next.

Configure SMTP server to your mail account to send mail through your SMPT server. Enter your domain name or server IP in the SMTP server field, Choose the Port as 465. Enter your username (full email address) and password, select "Secured Connection using SSL"and Click Add Account

Step 10: You’re almost done! Check your webmail for the verification code sent by Gmail . Copy paste the code here and Click on Verify.
