Eharmony is an online international dating website, that allows people to register and use the service to find their perfect match across the world. It serves as a world-wide matrimonial website. eHarmony is available in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

This is a short tutorial that explains you on how to cancel your eHarmony subscription to turn off your automatic renewal feature.

Step 1: Log into your eHarmony account.
Step 2: Select the My Settings link at the top of the page.
Step 3: Click the Account Settings subheading.
Step 4: Click the "Cancel My Subscription" link at the bottom of the page to begin the process.
Step 5: Follow through to the confirmation page.
Step 6: To verify that the Auto-Renew feature has been turned off, Log into your account.
Step 7: Go to My Settings
Step 8: Select Account Settings. At the bottom of the page you will see your subscription information including when your account is:
a. Set to expire (if auto renew is off)
b. Set to renew (if auto-renew is on)
Step 9: If auto-renew is off, you will now see an option to "Close Account."
Step 10: Closing your account will prevent you from receiving any new matches and prevent any current matches from being able to send you communications.
