How to Register / File a DND (Do not service) Complaint through Call?
In order to register a complaint of the telemarketing promotional calls/messages, you can dial the toll free number 1909. You can choose either IVRS or Customer Care Executive option to book the complaint.
Step 1: Provide the following details to the customer care executive:
1. Particulars of the Telemarketer
2. The mobile/telephone number from which the commercial call/message was received.
3. The date and time of the commercial call/message
4. A brief description of the commercial call/message
Step 2: The customer care executive will register your complaint and will provide you with a complaint number.
Step 3: You will be informed of the action taken, within 7 days of the complaint.
Step 4: Your complaint number will be used for any futher communication. Hence, preserve it.
