BSNL DND Registration through IVRS

BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) customers can register for your preference through IVRS or customer care executive. This section will help you to learn how you can register for DND using IVRS.
IVRS will aid you on how to register for Do Not Disturb Service. You will be provided with the categories to choose either fully block or partially block.
If you prompt for Fully Block,
Step 1:Your BSNL number will be registered in the PCPR (Providers Customer Preference Register).
Step 2:You will receive a unique registration number through SMS.
If you prompt for Partially Block,
Step 1:You will be given a list of options from which you can choose one or more,
1.Banking / Insurance / Financial Products / Credit Cards
2.Real Estate
3.Education
4.Health
5.Consumer Goods and Automobiles
6.Communication / Broadcasting / Entertainment / IT
7.Tourism and Leisure
Step 2:Once options are selected, your preference will be registered.
Step 3:You will receive an SMS indicating your registration and you will receive a unique registration number.
