Aircel DND Registration through Customer Care Executive

Fully/Partially Block Category Activation in Aircel DND through Customer Care Executive

Follow the instructions below to register your preference to the DND service through customer call executive.
The customer care executive will ask you to opt for an option, either fully block or partially block.
i) For Fully Block Category
Step 1:The customer care executive will record your aircel numbers preference in the PCPR (Providers Customer Preference Register)
Step 2:You will receive a confirmation message regarding your registration and will receive a unique registration number.
ii) For Partially Blocked Category
Step 3:The customer care executive will inform you about the list of available options/subjects.
1.Banking / Insurance / Financial Products / Credit Cards
2.Real Estate
3.Education
4.Health
5.Consumer Goods and Automobiles
6.Communication / Broadcasting / Entertainment / IT
7.Tourism and Leisure

Step 4:Choose either a single option or multiple options as per your need.
Step 5:Aircels customer care executive will then register your preference and you will get a confirmation message regarding the DND activation along with the registration number.
