How to file a DND complaint in Aircel?
If you still receive unsolicited SMS/Calls from telemarketing companies seven days from your registration, you can file a complaint against the SMS/Call.
Follow the procedures given below to register the complaint.Aircel provides you with two options for complaint filing :
Through SMS :
Type "The Unsolicited Commercial Communication, XXXXXXXXXX, dd/mm/yy" from your aircel number to 1909.
Through Call :
Call the toll free number 1909 and choose the customer care executive option for complaint registration.
Step 1 : You need to provide the following details to the customer care executive :
1. Particulars of the Telemarketer
2. The mobile/telephone number from which the commercial call/message was received.
3. The date and time of the commercial call/message
4. A brief description of the commercial call/message
Step 2 : Your complaint will then be registered by the customer care executive and you will be provided with a complaint number.
You will be informed of the actions taken regarding the telemarketing Call/ SMS within 7 days. Preserve your complaint number for further use.
