What is the importance of Limited Outbound Links in SEO factor?
Straight from the aforementioned Quality rater document:
"Some pages have way, way too many links, obscuring the page and distracting from the Main Content"
Pages having more than 7 outbound links carries negative signal and Google might reduce the page rank of such websites.
