How to hide rows and columns in Google Docs Spreadsheet?
Rows / columns can be hidden from the view using the following,
To Hide Rows:
Option 1:
Step 1: Select the rows to hide.
Step 2: Right-Click on the row header and select "Hide rows"
Step 2: Here, row 1 and row 2 are hidden.
To enable the hidden rows:
Step 1: Move the mouse over to the row header, a double-headed arrow will be displayed. Double-Click the arrow.
Hidden rows are brought into view.
To Hide Columns:
Option 1:
Step 1: Select the columns to hide.
Step 2: Right-Click on the column header and select "Hide columns"
Here, column 1 and column 2 are hidden.
To enable the hidden columns:
Step 1: Move the mouse over the column header, a double-headed arrow will be displayed. Double-Click the arrow.
Hidden columns are brought into view.
