How to save or download Google Docs spreadsheet files to your computer?


In Google Docs Spreadsheet, Download option is used to download the file into the local drive of the system. It helps to access the file without using Internet.
To download the file, follow the steps given below
Step 1: Click File Download as → Select the required format. Here the file is selected to download in the Microsoft Excel(.xlsx) format.

Step 2: Dialog box appears, select the Save File option and click OK.

Step 3: To save the file, selected the required folder and give file name. Click Save option. The file will be downloaded automatically.
