Domain Propagation is the period of time taken for root name servers and cache records to be updated with your website's DNS information.
Once nameservers are updated, it takes 5 to 24 hours for the domain name to be propagated in all ISP networks.
Meanwhile, you can create emails and upload files before domain propagation. But you can access your website and send/receive emails only after domain propagation.
