How to create and add an add-on domain in cPanel?

Explanation

To add new domain in the control panel, follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Login to Control Panel.

Step 2: In the search box, type as Addon and hit enter. In the search results, select Addon Domains.

Step 3: In the resulting page, provide your Domain name with an extension under New Domain Name field. Subdomain and Document root will be automatically generated.
Step 4: Select Add Domain.

Your main domain will be created.
To create FTP account along with the new domain name do the following.
Step 5: Enable Create an FTP account check box.

Step 6: Type a strong and secured password under Password field. Retype the same password under Password(Again) field. Click Add Domain to create your new domain along with the FTP account.
