Cauliflower - 1/2
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Oil - 5 tbsp
Steps To Follow
Step 1: Clean the cauliflower using hot water and have it over an open bowl.
(Here we have boiled water with turmeric powder for cleaning the cauliflower. Turmeric is well known for its antibacterial properties, thus it could kill all the insecticides left inside the tiny packed heads of the cauliflower.)
Step 2: Add a table spoon of oil.
Step 3: Add the chilli powder.
Step 4: Sprinkle turmeric powder.
Step 5: Add the Garam Masala powder.
Step 6: Add Ginger garlic paste.
Step 7: Sprinkle the Rice flour.
Step 8: Add 2 tsp of salt.
Step 9: Add the pepper powder.
