Ingredients Needed
→ Tomatoes - 3
→ Olive oil or Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
→ Salt - 2 teaspoon
→ Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
How to Make
Step 1: Cut the tomatoes into thick round slices.
Step 2: In a non stick pan, add the olive oil and leave for a minute.
Step 3: When oil gets heated, add the sliced tomatoes and saute it slowly for few minutes.
Step 4: Here the caramelization process begans. At this stage, tomatoes skin will began to shrink.
Step 5: Sprinkle out the enough amount of salt.
Step 6: Add a teaspoon of pepper powder and flip the slices for 10 minutes at low heat.
Step 7: Transfer the tomatoes from the burner and serve it hot.
