How to make caramel apples?
Apple is well known for its sweet taste and surplus health benefits. Here is the simple and easiest steps to cook delicious, sweet and delectable Caramelized apples.
Butter - 1 1/2 tea spoon
Apples - 2
Brown sugar - 2 tea spoon
Lemon juice - 2 tea spoon
How to Make
Step 1: Make the apples into large strips. Then squeeze little amount of lemon extract into the sliced apples and mix it.
Step 2: Take a non stick pan and add butter. Leave the butter to melt at medium heat.
Step 3: Add the brown sugar into the melted butter.
Step 4: Stir it well at medium heat. Continue to stir the ingredients until sugar get dissolved in the butter.
Sugar syrup will turn bubbly as shown in the below image.
Step 5: Now put the apple and lemon juice mixture inside the pan and stir it.
Step 6: If you need honey caramelized apples, then add honey along with the whole mixture and stir it until the apples become soft and tender.
Step 7: Now apples will get caramelized with the brown sugar and turns into golden brown color.
Step 8: Switch off the stove and serve it hot.
You can serve this sweet caramelized apples for the breakfast along with the French toast, Pan cakes, Oatmeal or any Ice creams.
